Approval of Resolution to address roof repairs, replacements and other maintenance items in a timely manner, staff is recommending that the City become a member of the cooperative purchasing program entitled Interlocal Purchasing System and Texas Arkansas Purchasing System also known as TIPS/TAPS. |

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached resolution to become a member of the cooperative purchasing program entitled Interlocal Purchasing System and Texas Arkansas Purchasing System also known as TIPS/TAPS, under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same. |
